Please note that every personalised card we make is made with care. A number of processes are involved from printing your design to encoding the card to adding your card value to packing and posting. This all take time, we will let you know via regular email updates how things are progressing. Please allow 4-6 days from date of order to receipt.
For UK deliveries use Royal Mail for the majority of orders but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according to the value ordered as specified below.

Ireland
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. All Book Token orders over €50 need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery charges do vary depending on the amount ordered.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends & public holidays.
Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, on First Class and Recorded Delivery please allow up to 10 working days.
Orders over £50 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the Book Tokens, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
Christmas deliveries
Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
